Keep products out of reach of children where appropriate and follow applicable storage instructions.

Perfume Oils and Personal Fragrance

Apply fragrance products only as directed. Avoid use on irritated or damaged skin unless product instructions expressly permit it.

Individual fragrance preferences, sensitivities, and experiences may vary.

Candles and Home Fragrance

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Keep candles away from flammable materials, children, and pets.

Follow product-specific instructions concerning placement, wick maintenance, burn duration, ventilation, and extinguishing.

Do not use damaged candle vessels or products presenting an apparent safety hazard.

No Medical Advice

Unless expressly stated and supported by applicable regulatory authorization, our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Website content is provided for general product and informational purposes and does not constitute medical advice.

Nothing in this section limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. PRICING, TAXES, AND CHARGES

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Applicable sales taxes, shipping charges, and other required fees will be calculated or disclosed before the customer completes checkout.

Prices and promotions may change without prior notice, but changes will not retroactively alter the agreed terms of an accepted order except as permitted by law.

Customers are responsible for the charges they authorize during checkout.

We reserve the right to correct material pricing or listing errors, subject to applicable consumer-protection requirements and appropriate customer notification or refunds.

9. ORDER SUBMISSION, ACCEPTANCE, AND CANCELLATION

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected merchandise.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance where payment verification, inventory confirmation, or fraud review remains pending.

Dawn Chanel Essentials LLC may decline or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including:

Cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered fulfillment or been transferred to a shipping carrier.

11. PURCHASE LIMITS AND UNAUTHORIZED RESELLERS

We reserve the right to establish reasonable quantity limits or decline orders where there is a legitimate basis to believe the transaction involves unauthorized commercial distribution, fraudulent purchasing activity, or other violations of applicable purchase restrictions.

Products purchased for commercial resale, wholesale distribution, or sale through third-party marketplaces may require separate written authorization from Dawn Chanel Essentials LLC.

Authorized wholesale, reseller, or distribution relationships must be established through separate agreements.

Nothing in this provision prohibits resale activity that cannot lawfully be restricted.

12. PROMOTIONS, SALES, AND COUPON CODES

Promotional offers, sales, and coupon codes are subject to their published terms and eligibility requirements.

Promotional codes may be limited by dates, eligible products, minimum purchase amounts, or other conditions clearly disclosed with the offer.

Unless expressly permitted, promotional codes may not be combined, transferred, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively.

Sale merchandise and purchases made using promotional or coupon codes are final sale only when that restriction was clearly disclosed before purchase.

Final-sale restrictions apply to discretionary returns and do not override legally required remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, misrepresented, or unfulfilled merchandise.

We may reject fraudulent or improperly obtained promotional benefits, subject to applicable law.

13. SHIPPING, PROCESSING, AND DELIVERY

Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days following order confirmation and successful payment authorization, unless a different timeframe is expressly disclosed.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Standard shipping transit within the contiguous United States is generally estimated at 3–8 business days after shipment.

Available shipping services and applicable charges are disclosed during checkout.

Shipping charges may be calculated based on destination, package weight, dimensions, and available carrier services.

Eligible orders with a merchandise subtotal of $75.00 or more, after discounts and before taxes and shipping, qualify for complimentary standard shipping within the contiguous United States.

Complimentary shipping does not automatically apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Where expedited shipping is offered, it applies to carrier transportation after processing and does not accelerate the standard processing timeframe unless expressly stated.

Carrier transit estimates are not guaranteed unless a specific delivery guarantee is expressly provided.

If we cannot ship an order within the applicable promised timeframe, we will provide the delay notices, cancellation options, and refunds required by applicable law.

14. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Eligible, regularly priced merchandise may be returned within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery, subject to our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.

For discretionary returns, merchandise must generally be unopened, unused, and in its original condition with applicable packaging, labels, and seals intact.

All discretionary returns require prior authorization.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with discretionary returns.

Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable for discretionary returns unless otherwise required by law.

Approved eligible returns are refunded to the original payment method.

We do not currently offer direct product exchanges.

Opened or used personal-care and fragrance merchandise, used candles, and properly designated final-sale merchandise are generally ineligible for discretionary returns.

These restrictions do not eliminate legally required remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, misrepresented, or unfulfilled merchandise.

15. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS AND ACCOUNT SECURITY

Customers may have the option to create an account to manage purchases and access website features.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for taking reasonable precautions against unauthorized access.

You agree not to impersonate another person, access another customer’s account without authorization, or submit false account information.

Suspected unauthorized account activity should be reported promptly to info@dawnchanelessentials.com.

We may suspend or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security concerns, or material violations of these Terms.

Such restrictions do not eliminate legally required customer remedies.

16. OWNERSHIP OF BRAND ASSETS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Dawn Chanel Essentials name, brand identifiers, logos, original product and collection names, product photography, packaging artwork, website designs, product descriptions, marketing materials, graphics, videos, written content, and other original creative works are valuable business assets of Dawn Chanel Essentials LLC or their respective rights holders.

These materials may be protected under applicable trademark, copyright, trade dress, unfair competition, and other intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by applicable law, no person may copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, or commercially exploit protected Company materials without prior written authorization.

Access to our Services does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

No license or right to use Company trademarks, logos, or other protected materials is granted except as expressly stated.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

17. PERMITTED USE OF WEBSITE CONTENT

Website content is provided primarily for lawful personal and noncommercial use.

Dawn Chanel Essentials LLC will not be responsible for delays in performing obligations to the extent caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, labor interruptions, governmental restrictions, public emergencies, or widespread infrastructure failures.

This provision does not eliminate obligations to provide required shipment-delay notices, cancellation options, refunds, or other consumer remedies under applicable law.

Where applicable and legally enforceable, references to Dawn Chanel Essentials LLC in warranty disclaimers, liability limitations, and indemnification provisions include its members, managers, officers, employees, and authorized agents acting within the scope of their respective roles.

These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

30. ENFORCEMENT AND RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

Failure to enforce a particular provision on one occasion does not automatically waive the Company’s right to enforce that provision in the future.
