Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Dawn Chanel Essentials, LLC. We hope you are happy with your purchase. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will make your returns and exchanges simple. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

We at Dawn Chanel Essentials LLC products carefully inspected every product item before they are shipped. We will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 5-7 days of delivery.

For our cosmetic and skincare products we accept returns for the following conditions: the returned item must be 75% intact and returned with the original packaging along with the receipt. We will accept returned items up to 60 days after the shipped date of your order. Shipping charges are often non-refundable. Please remember we can’t accept returned items without proof of purchase or receipt. Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to track your returns.

You may also exchange your product for another candle or similar product of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will immediately notify you by email of the status of your refund or exchange.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Some bank institutions can take up to 10 business days.
