Thank you for shopping at Dawn Chanel Essentials, LLC. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to make the return and exchange process simple. Please review our return policy below for further details.

Returns

At Dawn Chanel Essentials LLC, we take great care to inspect every item before shipping. If your product was damaged during shipment, we will gladly cover the return shipping costs and replace or refund it. To request a replacement or refund, please submit photographic proof of the damage within 5-7 days of receiving your order.

For our cosmetic and skincare products, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be at least 75% intact and returned in its original packaging with the receipt.
  • Returns are accepted up to 60 days after the shipment date.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the case of damaged or defective products.

Free Return Shipping for Store Credit:
If you choose to receive store credit instead of a refund, we will cover the return shipping costs. This way, you can enjoy hassle-free returns and get credit toward future purchases.

We recommend using a trackable method to ensure the safe return of your items.

You may also exchange your product for another item of the same size and value (such as another candle or similar product) within 14 days of purchase.

Gift Purchases

If you received an item as a gift and would like to return or exchange it, we will accept returns within 30 days of the gift purchase date, as long as the item is in its original packaging and at least 75% intact. Please provide the gift receipt or proof of purchase.

Gift recipients may exchange the product for another item of equal value or receive store credit, but no cash refunds will be issued.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the date we receive your item to complete the process. You will receive an email notification once your return or exchange has been processed.

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the time it takes for the credit to appear in your account may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies, which can take up to 10 business days.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us using the details below to arrange a refund or exchange, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
