Shipping, Handling & Processing Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Dawn Chanel Essentials, LLC. The following terms and conditions outline our shipping, handling, and processing policies to ensure a smooth experience when purchasing from our store.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- During peak times, such as holidays, new product launches, limited-edition releases, or promotional periods, processing times may be extended due to high order volumes. Please allow additional time for processing and delivery.
- If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone to provide an update and an estimated shipping time.
- Orders placed before 1:00 pm CST on a business day will be processed on the same day whenever possible.
Shipment and Delivery
- We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
- While we aim to fulfill and ship all orders as promptly as possible, there may be slight delays during high-volume periods, such as at the end of the month, during sales, or holidays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
- Free domestic shipping is available for orders over $75 to addresses within the continental United States.
Estimated delivery times may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes:
- Domestic (within the U.S.):
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days
- International:
- Delivery times and rates will vary based on the destination and shipping method chosen at checkout. Please allow for additional time due to customs clearance and international handling.
Delays and Exceptions
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, courier delays, or customs clearance, may extend delivery times. Dawn Chanel Essentials LLC is not responsible for such delays once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after shipment.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we only ship within the United States and select international destinations. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or countries currently restricted by shipping carriers or U.S. government regulations.
International Shipping and Customs
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply upon arrival. Delivery times for international shipments may be delayed due to customs processing times. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office for any additional fees and estimated delivery windows.
